3Gen NPC is a nonprofit committed to breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for neurodiverse students through innovative educational approaches and community wellness programs in previously disadvantaged communities.
We believe that every individual, regardless of their neurological differences, deserves access to quality education and holistic wellness support in their own community.

From a young age, I was captivated by the wonders of science. However, the traditional and rigid methods of teaching made it challenging for me to fully grasp the concepts, ultimately steering me away from pursuing a path in science. It was only later in my adulthood that I discovered my innate aptitude for science, a realization that was both enlightening and bittersweet. As someone on the spectrum, I found that the conventional educational approaches did not cater to my unique way of understanding the world, which made my journey more arduous than it needed to be.
I see the same spark of curiosity in my children, who are deeply interested in the mechanics of science and technology. They, too, exhibit signs of neurodivergence, and I am determined to provide children like them with the opportunities that I lacked. This personal journey has ignited a passion within me to create an educational environment that embraces diverse learning styles and nurtures the potential of every child, regardless of their background or neurological difference.
Thus, the inception of 3GEN npc, born out of a desire to offer children from previously disadvantaged communities a fighting chance to excel in fields that are often perceived as inaccessible. By establishing private schools and parks that focus on inclusive and adaptive teaching methods, I aim to empower the next generation to not only understand the world around them but to actively participate in shaping it for the better. This mission is not just a professional endeavor; it is a personal commitment to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.
